Muslim World Population Reaches a High

According to recent statistics, Muslim have surpassed Catholicism for the very first time in history as the world’s largest religion. In a report submitted to the U.N. by the Arab nations, the Islam religion has a total world population of 19%, while The Vatican reports that Catholics come in at only 17%.

The reason? It’s a well-know fact that Muslim increasingly have larger and larger families, while Catholics increasingly are having smaller and smaller families. When looking at the whole Christian world population, not just Catholics, Christians encompass over 33% of the total world population.

Fox News just ran a piece on how Muslim men in North America are taking the law into their own hands killing thier wives and daughters over what they believe are immoral activities, i.e., becoming weatern....wow...and we are letting it happen...double wow...

I saw an interview with a Lebanese-Christian reporter who gave the fact that Osama bin Laden's father has over 50 children with many wives, and bin Laden himself has over 30 children. That means in just 2 generations of the same family, they've produced over 80 children! How many families do you know that's produced 80 off-springs in 2 generations? And here are Christians having 2 maybe 3 kids. They're very quickly outnumbering the world. Kinda scary...

This is really good news, thanks Louise! Because, from what I understand there is not a Jewish "Christian", or Messianic ministry or mission that has addressed this arena. Which if I understand correctly, would be an area of Jews reaching their cousins through Ishmael & Esau; yet, it seems to be a greatly ignored segment of Jewish evangelism. It is almost as if they have been treated like Samaritans.

According to information we were given at the Arab-Christian conference in Dearborn, Michigan, the Muslims in the 10/40 window are converting to Christianity at a rapid rate. In fact faster than any other groups in the world today. Dearborn, Michigan has one of the largest population of Muslims in the U.S. Our team did an outreach at the Arab Festival and at a mosque in Dearborn this past June and I saw a people desperatly hungry for truth and hope. They spoke to me of their fear of hell and the hopelessness of heaven and no way of having their sins forgiven. It was such a joy to share God's love and what Yeshua (Jesus) did for them on the tree. It was also an amazing testimony to so many to see Jewish Messianics join hands with Arab-Christians and share the love of our Lord Yeshua(Jesus) with these dear Muslims.
