Femine Tefillins
Female tefillin consist of a bracelet and headband. Each contains a small scroll on which is written in the following four scripture passages: Exodus 13:1-10, Exodus 13:11-16, Deuteronomy 6:4-9, and Deuteronomy 11:13-21. Each of these passages refers to a sign upon the hand and the forehead and urges us to be observant. Wearing tefillin is a way to be obedient to God.
