Obama Wins - What Might this Mean?

When the world first heard of Barak not even 2 years ago, the first thing I heard is that he is a guy who came out of nowhere and now many flock to his side. When I heard this, I thought of the anti-christ. If he turns out to not be the antichrist, then his message can be a great thing!

Barack Obama seems to have set the world on fire with his brilliant intelligence, captivating charm, inspiring oratory, and charisma. Some see him as the ‘Messiah’ who wil come to solve the problems of the world. Others have wondered if he is the Biblical ‘Antichrist’ like Nicolae Carpathia in the "Left Behind" series. The media has observed he has a ‘Messiah Complex’. Many more simply see him as a great leader, and the best candidate for President.

If the end is prophesied for 2012, then the 2008 election may be the last. If Obama wins, then he may be the last U.S. President. The Bible says the Antichrist world leader will come in on a platform of peace before all hell breaks loose. And Obama’s whole campaign is PEACE… he will END WAR and CHANGE the world… and the media portray him as a savior… a messiah.

The Bible prophecy says that 3.5 years before the end of this age the world will be at rest cheering, "peace, peace" then comes "sudden destruction" for the deceived and unprepared. We all watched Obama tour the nations of earth this week preaching his platform of peace, and they gathered like sheep chanting his mantra.

Barack Obama drew huge crowds in Berlin where he addressed them, oddly enough, as "fellow citizens of the world." It was a typically flowery Obama speech, but it hit an unexpectedly sour note when he dramatically intoned:

"People of Berlin – people of the world – this is our moment. This is our time. ... With an eye toward the future, with resolve in our hearts, let us remember this history, and answer our destiny, and remake the world once again."

It’s a great speech – if somebody is running for president of the world, but it was too much, even for an Obama-friendly press corps. Obama is correct in saying that the world is ready for someone like him – a messiah-like figure, charismatic and glib and seemingly holding all the answers to all the world’s questions.

Now, please don’t get me wrong – I don’t think Obama is the anti-christ, but he may lead us right into the TRIBULATION. Think about it.

If politics is anything like football and basketball, then in a few years, the U.S. government will be full of black people (African Americans) doing a great job.

The Prime Minister of England has called Barak Hussien Obama the "dawn of new hope" while calling for a Global Community. No time in the past could as much negative material about a person running for President of the United States surfaced and be ignored by just about everyone. It's almost like he couldn't lose no matter what. It will be quite scary for the next four years, but keep looking up, for your redemtion draws nearer with every sign of the times we see.

His message of "peace" could be a great thing for America. His dedication to upholding the values and morals, however, is extremely questionable. Gay marriage, abortion, casinos, legalizing marijuana, etc...we lower our values, we're lowing our standard of living. Look at the countries in Europe with legalizing drugs and prostitution - they're living hells on earth.

I agree with Emma - the next four years will be quite scary.

I was discussing Obama with a friend of mine shortly after his speech to the Democratic Convention, and we both confessed to having the almost immediate fear that this man would be assassinated. It did not, I admit, occur to me that some would see him as the antichrist. But I'm not really surprised.
